Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and safely packed. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the product purchase price to the original payment method.
Replacements
You may request a replacement within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for a change-of-mind replacement. We will confirm availability and dispatch the replacement after the returned item is received and inspected.
Damaged, incorrect or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or has a fault, contact us with your order number and photographs as soon as possible. Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees apply automatically. Nothing in this policy limits those rights, including any right to a repair, replacement or refund, or changes the way return shipping is handled where the law requires a remedy.

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide the return instructions and the information needed to match the parcel to your order.
