Handling time
Orders are usually prepared within 2–5 business days. Handling time starts after payment is confirmed. Dispatch and carrier delays can extend the overall delivery time.
Destinations and rates
Online checkout currently supports the destinations below. Rates are shown in Australian dollars and mirror live Etsy quotes checked against the shop's standard profile:
- Australia — free delivery
- New Zealand — free delivery
- United States — A$15.00 standard / A$20.00 larger parcel
- Canada — A$15.00 standard / A$20.00 larger parcel
- United Kingdom — A$18.00 standard / A$24.00 larger parcel
- France — A$24.00
- Germany — A$23.80
- Ireland — A$24.60
The Extra Large Planar Head and Michelangelo's David Replica Set use the larger parcel tier where Etsy returned a separate quote. Etsy did not return stable separate quotes for Germany or Ireland during this check, so those destinations use the standard profile until we can verify a current larger-parcel quote.
For Asia, South America, Japan, Greece or any country not listed above, email info@theaccurateartist.com before ordering. Etsy returned a rate-calculation error for several of those destinations during our check, so we will confirm availability and the current cost individually rather than guess.
Shipping charges and customs
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes or carrier fees charged by the destination country. Those charges are the customer's responsibility unless the checkout expressly says otherwise.
Delivery problems
Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive within the carrier's expected window. Keep the packaging and photographs of any damage so we can investigate with the carrier.
